Reset Studios is a Swedish video game developer, based in Uppsala, Sweden, and is owned by Microsoft Studios. Reset was formed in May 23rd, 2014, after founders of MachineGames left the company and formed a new development studio with ex-Avalanche Studios employees. In June 10th, 2014, Microsoft Studios announced the acquisition.

Reset Studios is described as "Microsoft's answer to EA DICE, Ubisoft Massive and Starbreeze Studios" by IGN.
